Hello!

Welcome to Elisabeth Franco Photography. I’m driven by family, emotion and a love of life. Photography has been my passion since childhood — I believed then, as I do now, that if I can imagine something I can create it.

Everyone has a story. Mine begins in Barcelona, Spain, where I grew up surrounded by incredible light, vibrant colours, and cheerful people. I fell in love with photography as a teenager, and my camera became a way to express myself and capture moments forever.

Becoming a mother changed my life. From the first time I held my children, I felt the need to document every moment, to capture their spirit and see the world through their eyes. In 2014, after many families asked me to do the same for their children, Elisabeth Franco Photography was born.

People have always been my greatest inspiration. I remember being mesmerized while working with various NGOs in China, Senegal, Gambia, Romania, Northern Ireland, and beyond. I went through countless rolls of film trying to capture glimpses of their lives while creating beautiful photographs.

Over the past 12 years as a photographer, I’ve met countless wonderful families and learned lessons I could never have gained otherwise. I was a social worker for over 14 years, and though I am now a full-time photographer, my love for people, building meaningful relationships, and providing a luxurious, personalized service remain at the heart of my work.
